SelectWood Sp. z o.o., Kunickiego 16, 95-200 Pabianice, Poland, Register: Polish National Court Register (KRS), NIP (Polish tax number): 7292737572, REGON (Polish business registration number) 388438193 (hereinafter: “SelectWood Sp. z o.o.”) offers the “Reviews” service. The user of the products available on the website www.treetale.eu (hereinafter: “Products”), hereinafter referred to as the “User”, is entitled to leave a review. Reviews are intended to help other website users in their selection process. Adding a review is free of charge.

Users of the “Reviews” service fully accept these terms and agree to comply with them. “Reviews” are available to users who use the website www.treetale.eu after accessing the subpage where the offer that is the subject of the review is presented.

 

Adding a review

To add a review, the user must complete the required fields.
The user undertakes to provide the required information truthfully and accepts that they may not use another person’s identity.

“Reviews” may contain text and photos. “Reviews” must reflect the user’s personal opinion, and it is prohibited to copy content created by third parties. After submission, the review will be published within 10 working days on the website www.treetale.eu, on the product page that is the subject of the review. The user accepts that, due to technical difficulties, the publication of reviews may take longer than 10 working days.

The user accepts that publishing a review through the “Reviews” service is equivalent to making it publicly accessible on the Internet and grants SelectWood Sp. z o.o. a non-exclusive right to use, store, publish, translate, create derivative works, use, publish, and present the content of the review, in whole or in part, as part of possible protection arising from intellectual property rights that may be used, and to use the name provided by the user when posting reviews for all purposes, in particular commercial and advertising purposes, in all media, especially on the Internet, worldwide, free of charge, for a period of 10 years.

To ensure the quality of the “Reviews” service, the user undertakes to post reviews only for products they have actually tested or used.

 

Reviews must not contain:

• Advertising and/or commercial content.
• Spelling or syntax errors.
• Content that violates the principle of user anonymity.
• Content widely considered racist, xenophobic, vulgar, or offensive.
• Content that may infringe third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., unlawful use of protected signs and trademarks).
• Content referring to specific persons, including public figures. Email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, or other data enabling the direct or indirect identification of a natural or legal person.
• Only one review may be submitted per product.

 

Legal information

The user of the “Reviews” service undertakes to comply with applicable law and these terms. SelectWood Sp. z o.o. reserves the right not to publish comments that contradict these terms, without informing the user. SelectWood Sp. z o.o. also reserves the right to remove reviews at any time, without notifying the user, if in its opinion they do not comply with these terms or applicable regulations.

SelectWood Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the content of reviews published by users through the “Reviews” service, nor for third-party claims relating to the content of published reviews.

The user accepts that publishing a review on the “Reviews” website is equivalent to making it publicly accessible on the Internet and grants SelectWood Sp. z o.o. a non-exclusive right to use, store, publish, translate, create derivative works, use, publish, and present the content of the review, in whole or in part, under any protection arising from intellectual property rights that may be used, and to use the name provided by the user when publishing reviews for all purposes, in particular for free commercial and advertising use, in all media, especially on the Internet, worldwide, for a period of 10 years.

By attaching a photo to the review of the purchased product, the user confirms that they are the author or hold all copyrights to the photos attached to the review. The user declares that the photos do not infringe the rights or personality rights of third parties or copyrights.

By publishing a review and attaching a photo, the user grants SelectWood Sp. z o.o., without additional compensation, a non-exclusive license and permission, as well as consent to the unlimited use and disposal of the photos in terms of time and space for commercial, promotional, or advertising purposes in the following areas of exploitation:

• in the field of recording and reproduction in whole or in part, in particular by posting on Facebook or Instagram – making copies using specific techniques, including printing, reprography, magnetic recording, digital and multimedia techniques, regardless of standard, system, format, or medium, including recording and reproduction in any quantity and form;
• in the field of trade in the original or copies – marketing, lending, renting, leasing the original or copies;
• in the field of distribution of the work – in whole or in part, in ways other than those indicated above – public performance, exhibition, reproduction, broadcasting and retransmission, as well as public access in a way that allows anyone to access it at a place and time of their choice; including distribution via the Internet or intranet;
• Total or partial inclusion in computer networks, including the Internet and other networks, without limitation, as well as total or partial inclusion in computer memory and processing in computer memory, without limitation.

The photos may be used in the above-mentioned areas of exploitation in whole, in part, in fragments, independently or in combination with works of other companies, also as part of a collective work, after archiving in electronic and printed form, after studies, adaptations, or supplements, or other modifications, etc.

By attaching photos containing an image, the user declares that they agree to their distribution by SelectWood Sp. z o.o. The authorization includes the free use of the image, without any approval, in the above-mentioned areas of exploitation.
